This lovely home has a communal kitchen, a communal living room area with a flat screen TV which is great for socialising after work as you prepare a meal.

Your housemates will mainly be mature adults aged between 25-45, who like nothing better than to kick back and relax after a busy day, in this quiet and friendly house.

We have several schemes to help you move in but typically you would need to pay one months rent in advance plus £250 deposit (which is refundable when you move out).

There is lots of residential on street parking and parking permits can be obtained from the city council once you moved in for £30pa.

To the rear of the house there is a nice private court yard that you can make use of should you want to sip a glass of Prosecco alfresco or barbecue in the summer.
