Hi,
If you are looking for a warm, comfortable home to share with us in Lipson/Mutley area of Plymouth, look no further than my place. The whole of the top floor is available including the adjacent bathroom and you can see from the pictures on our ad that the bedroom we have available has a full size double bed, there’s hanging space, chest of drawers/storage, work-space for PC plus wifi of course.

The house is gas centrally heated and has double glazed windows throughout.
There is a further refurbished bathroom on the ground floor, both bathrooms have baths and showers,
The house has a communal carpeted lounge with 42" screen TV, sky sports, dining area with IKEA furniture, seating and comfy large double sofa bed.

Friends can come and stay now and again, by arrangement as we have a spare double bedroom for guests too, but my house is not registered to take couples, sorry if that applies to you.

The recently refurbished kitchen is well equipped with two fridges, washing machine, freezer, tumble dryer, double sink, oven with separate hob and microwave. There's plenty of cupboard space and all kitchen equipment, cutlery and crockery is included for your use.

The sunny back garden is on two levels with a patio area and seating, great for summer BBQs.
There is extra storage for bikes and sports equipment in the adjoining shed which also provides a tumble dryer.

Outside there is permit parking between 2 and 7 daily and a local Tesco shop is a short walk away.

The rent is £365 per month and includes bills for gas, electricity, media package, TV license and water rates, and Council Tax. This also covers our monthly household ‘kitty’ so we don’t run out of loo roll and cleaning products etc.

There are two working guys living here at present, we are in our mid 30s- early 40s,

We are looking for sociable housemates aged 25 to 45 with a sense of humour, who like a variety of music styles and who will respect other housemates by keeping communal areas clean and reasonably tidy. I am beyond the stage of living in a student dump, so my housemates should be happy to clear up after themselves!

You may get a reply from Jonquil as we jointly own the house, though she doesn't live here and cannot arrange a viewing.
