1 Double Bedroom Flat available - House Share

Hello Everybody!
I am looking for someone to rent my room from me because I am planning on moving out by the end of February 2020. If you are available to move in during the middle of February 2020, we could work something out. 😊 My flat mate is a 3rd year student who’s focusing on her dissertation and is working at the same time. It is obvious that she would like to have someone who is quiet and not some crazy party animal! These years are behind us now! Hahaha. The room is located in the heart of Plymouth city centre. It is a 5 minute walk to the University and in about 100m you’ve got the Tesco express on Beaumont road and right next to it there is the Beaumont Park, which is perfect if you’d like to have a walk to clear your mind sometimes.
