We have one spacious unfurnished bedroom available from the march - april. Furnitures can be arranged.
Th flat is bright and spacious, overlooking Freedom Fields park. The flat has a big lounge, a large kitchen with a space up to 5/6 people, 1 bathroom (shower, bath and toilet) and one more toilet, a balcony with a sea view. There is also a dish washer, washing machine and a large fridge/freezer that, as a bonus, also dispenses ice-cubes.
There is no agency fees and the rent is £400 with all bills included if you are student. As all other housemates are PhD students, council taxes are not factored in that bill. Therefore we are preferably looking for a post-graduate or mature student. We both are PhD researchers, love cooking, plants and walks. The area and the house is quiet.
