Double room in St Judes

House share with a professional. Newly decorated double room in a 2 bed Victorian terrace. The room can be fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk) or partly furnished (wardrobe). All usual mod cons. There is super fast broadband and every room has hardwired ethernet (2 ethernet cables in the room for rent). The house is central heated with a combi boiler so warm in winter and instant hot water.

The house has a separate bathroom with bath/shower and there's a downstairs toilet. There's a front room with a working fireplace, a dining room/office (daytime) and a new kitchen. Back yard with small garden border. Parking is on road and never a problem.

I'm chilled, easy going. My job is as Director of a local tree planting charity, and I have a home office, working from home with frequent site visits.

I would like a lodger to be 30-50yrs old, professional, employed, sociable and easy going.

I'm happy to share cooking, and enjoy a wide cuisine, preferring fresh, healthy food choices.

I'm frequently out of an evening and weekends, enjoying sailing, running and the outdoors in general. Though I expect most weekends in February I'll be watching the 6 Nations in the pub...

The room will become available from 1st September 2021.
