Room has just been refurbished so has brand new carpet, curtains, bed and more importantly a brand new mattress as well. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bed side cabinet. A desk and chair can be supplied if you shall require. There is a mains TV aerial point and plenty of electrical sockets.
The kitchen communal area includes usual basics like hob, oven, air fryer, microwave, washing machine, large fridge freezer etc. There is a Breakfast bar and stools. A wall mounted led tv. And a 3 seater sofa.
There are two bathrooms in the property. One bathroom on each of the two floors. Both bathrooms have baths and separate shower enclosures.
Cleaning of all communal areas takes place once a fortnight.
Rent includes ALL BILLS right down to the TV license and a parking permit for on road parking in the street.
In the back garden we have an enclosed padlocked bicycle storage box. And the garden itself is low maintenance, high walled, high fenced with a security light and a gate exiting onto the rear service lane.
Current housemates are quiet, friendly working professionals that get along with each other but also respect each others space and privacy. A couple of the housemates works night shifts, while the other two peeps works 9-5pm type hours. So this a very quiet house hold in which everyone is doing their own thing most of the time.
We do not accept students. The current housemates are all working professionals in their 30's whilst one house mate is 25. They would prefer not to live with students.
Currently everyone that lives in the house does not smoke. And there is no smoking permitted within the house. But people that smoke are welcome. Smoking is strictly in the back garden.
It is only two minutes walk to bus stops and the local co-op store. 15 minutes walk into the city or Barbican area.
Rent can be paid at £550 per calendar month or £127 per week inclusive of all bills.
