Walking Distance To Derriford Hospital And Marjon

Hi all,
I have a double and single room available in Derriford. The room comes with a double bed, and a walk in wardrobe with shelving and overhead storage. The whole house has been renovated with brand new kitchen (all new appliances, washing machine, induction hob, 2 fridge freezers, tumble dryer, oven and microwave. Downstairs WC. Brand new boiler and all electrics upgraded to building regs. Super fast broadband and big garden to enjoy in the summer months. Brand new bathroom suite with huge shower and separate bath.
I am a live in landlord. I am 32 years old and am friendly and approachable. I work long hours and then go to the gym in the evenings so you will rarely see me. On the weekends I am usually busy doing something. I consider myself a clean and tidy person. I clean the house from top to bottom (usually on a Friday afternoon, i do not touch the tenants rooms.) I would also like any potential tenant to be clean, tidy and respect the house.

The area is lovely and quiet and has ample parking. There is nice views from the bedroom, front room and kitchen overlooking Dartmoor. There is a main bus route which is a 5 minute walk from the house, and several supermarkets which are about a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus journey. There is also a local shop which is a 15 minute walk. the hospital and marjon uni are both a 15 minute walk from my house.
I have a dog called poppy as well she is friendly so must be comfortable with dogs
