The open plan living room is 36 sq METRES with full height bifold doors leading to a secluded terrace at the back and a roof light flooding it with natural light. It is well served with carbon friendly LED zoned down lighters for practical safe cooking environment in a fully equipped kitchen, but allowing for relaxed evening living in front of the large flat screen TV There is a 10 seat dining table and 2 comfy modern sofas. as well extra beanbag seating.

The bedrooms are large light and airy with high ceilings fully equipped with everything you need for comfort and practicality. There are plenty of double sockets, double beds with 20 cm mattresses and mattress protectors supplied. Each room has loads of hanging and drawer storage. in solid wooden furniture no cheap flat packs. There's a roomy desk, padded adjustable desk chair, overhead and bedside lighting and spotlessly professionally cleaned at the beginning fo your tenancy.

The house is HMO licensed and has recently been Inspected by Plymouth City Council fir licensing purposes and has had "A" grade rating from Plymouth university and AFS in the past
