I have a large room to rent in a great location in Mutley in a 2 bedroom maisonette (very close to Mutley Plain and a short walk to the city centre). I'm looking for somebody who is *genuinely* clean/tidy and considerate, who works fairly normal hours.

It's currently furnished with a double bed, sofa, smart TV and stand, desk, computer chair and wardrobe.

The downstairs area contains the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.

Upstairs there's the kitchen with a washing machine, drier, dishwasher and large american style fridge freezer. There's also an upstairs toilet. The kitchen is still pretty new (installed last year) and looks absolutely lovely. There's a large living room that's mainly used as a gym area which you could make use of if you wanted.

The property also has access to a south facing courtyard with a washing line for the spring/summer.

There's on street parking and the permit is £30 a year. You'll always be able to find a space very close to the house.

There's fibre broadband (Virgin 200Mbps) included.

Water, gas, electric and council tax is split between everyone living in the house equally.

You'd be living with me and my partner. I'm a male in my late twenties, my partner is a female in her early twenties. We like to keep fit and enjoy playing sports/climbing when we can. We're pretty chilled at home and generally like a pretty quiet house. We're out a few evenings a week playing sport (when we're allowed to again!). I'd be a live-in Landlord so if anything breaks it gets fixed quickly!

The rent is £330 a month (£470 for a couple). The deposit is £300 and rent needs to be paid monthly, one month in advance.
