14a Queen Anne Terrace had a new kitchen 18 months ago and now the rest of the property is being refurbished in time for September.

The shared common parts on the ground floor are really big for only 6 people, with two ovens, lots of cupboards, and enough sofa space for everyone. Plus a table big enough to all sit at if you choose.
Tenancy is 45 weeks starting from the 14th of September, and the quoted rent includes utilities (normal fair use applies) broadband and monthly clean.
We use an agency to deal with all the paperwork and emergency out of hours maintenance, but other than that you would deal directly with us for any maintenance or issues. I'm sure our current tenants would be very happy to give us a good 'reference' with regards to how friendly we are and how quickly we deal with maintenance.

So all I can say is think soft green's curtains, grey sofa's, much more subtle colours with a more 'designer' look. We can show you images if you view.
