Rooms in a large house for weekly booking

Large house near Mutley Plain for staying in while working away from your own home. Weekly room payment. Not rent.
A payment (equal to room rate) to secure your room is taken to book the room (this is not a deposit) to deter time wasters (and returned as long as stayed for 1 month).
Set up similar to B&B/guest house.
Guest takes the room knowing it is not their permament place of residence and a weeks notice is required for both parties when vacating.
Shared lounge/dining room, kitchen, second kitchen/laundry room, 2 shower rooms, separate w/c and garden.
2 doubles have their own lounge and separate bedroom (2 rooms).
