It is a furnished (double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe) double bedroom on Wordsworth Road, Plymouth, PL2 2JQ CamelsHead/North Prospect. Access to a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room.

There is off street parking and 2/3 mins from Wolseley Road bus stop for any main route buses or onto Weston Mill drive for quick access to the A38.

I am looking for £525 inclusive of bills (council tax, water, gas and electric). No pets.

Close to the Dockyard/Naval base too.

Length of stay will be up for discussion, but any exit from the property will require 1 months notice. A lodgers agreement will be signed if you want the room.
