This room shares a shower and WC with one other person - a cleaner comes in each week to clean the communal areas and this cost is included in the rent.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with two ovens, microwave, large hob, a dishwasher, fridges and freezer. Every tenant is allocated a lockable cupboard in the kitchen.

The separate laundry is outside the main house containing 3 washing machines and 3 tumble dryers.

The house is convenient for the shops on Mutley Plain and the local Aldi store is just round the corner. It's a short walk to the University campus and the centre of Plymouth. Buses run regularly from Mutley Plain and Alexandra Road to all destinations.
