The house has double glazing and gas central heating. There is a communal living room, large kitchen with dining area, bathroom, downstairs WC and a courtyard garden.
Rent is all inclusive of all Utilities, Council Tax, Tv License, TV package, WiFi and Netflix. We also have a cleaner come in on a weekly basis to clean all communal areas.
The living room has three fully reclining leather armchair/sofa, a 43" Smart TV with Virgin TV package and a Netflix profile just for you.
The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would expect including ample fridge/freezer space as well as a dish washer. All utensils and crockery are available for your use. There is also a utility room attached to the kitchen with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Please note that some of the furniture within the bedroom is owned by the current tenant (mainly the TV, stand, white wardrobe). I have some additional photos of the room without this upon request.

On street parking available.
Strictly no pets or smoking.
Rooms are for Working Professionals preferably although would consider Mature/PHD students.
