A bit about me: I am a 27 year old trainee languages teacher, also living in the property. I enjoy spending time with my friends, but also having time to relax by myself. My interests include languages & cultures, music and travel.

The other lodger is a nurse, working at Derriford hospital. You would share a bathroom with her.

The room is available from the 1st January. In immaculate condition, this end of terrace townhouse was built in 2014 and is located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short walk away from Derriford Hospital and Marjon University. There is space on the driveway for 1 other car and some on-street parking on neighbouring roads. Also, there is a small gated back garden.
