The kitchen features a range of fitted cupboards with ample storage for each tenant; additional storage under the stairs for larger objects & extra storage cupboards in the utility conservatory room.
Electric oven/hob with separate grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Four double sockets, bright central LED lighting and additional back-ground lighting from the cooker hood.
The kitchen provides access to the lounge and through the laundry/conservatory to the enclosed courtyard garden. The laundry has a Hotpoint washing machine and a separate Hotpoint condensing tumble dryer. There is also a large clothes dryer for the garden when weather permits.
