Lovely single and double room to let

Hi there. I have a lovely single and double room to let in a well presented modern house. The room has plenty of storage and bed linen if required. The house has all the mod-cons including sky tv and broadband. I am very relaxed and easy going. I do have a bull dog called Buster, he is a big boy but very friendly when you get to know him. The house is located within a few miles of the hospital and Marjons university and also has a great bus service. The ideal housemate would be young in nature and easy going, clean and likes to have a laugh. I am very open minded and easy going (most of the time).
