Single room available with own bath/shower

We are an happy family of 3 and we are looking to rent the extra single room to students, professionals or travelling workers.
Smokers, pets and couple are not allowed.
Single room available with own bathroom in a 3 bedroom house. House is very warm and cozy with large garden to have relaxing time. It is only located 15-20 minutes from city centre by bus, only 2 minutes walking from Asda supermarket and several other shops, and 20minutes walking to Derriford Hospital. The kitchen and living room will be shared. The single room is a spacious room with medium size desk, TV and in wall closet. Lovely view of partial Plymouth in the morning.
