1 Room for Professionals or Students, Plymouth

I have 1 bedroom available to rent near the Plymouth city centre area. I am a live-in 'landlord' and also a student myself.

**All bills included (council tax band B)**

The room is a reasonably-sized double with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and office chair.
Shared facilities include a bathroom (recently upgraded), a kitchen with a table large enough to fit 8 people, and plenty of cupboard space as well as an oven and a sink, a utilities area which includes a washing machine and drier, and a cosy lounge which has a large TV, and a sofa-bed which can be used by friends or family that may come to stay.
Although small, there is a yard area out the back, unfortunately no room for a full on garden (some nice parks nearby though). I do not mind if housemates vape outside (not inside).

Other housemates are two friendly females (26 and 21) - one professional and one student.

We're generally clean and tidy people, but may ask for a collective effort on cleaning from time to time.
I enjoy spending time with housemates, but also like time alone, the house offers space for everyone to have this dynamic.

I would be looking for roughly a year contract however would be open to negotiation regarding personal circumstances (short term may be considered).
