Spacious furnished room in city center apartment for rent with access to living room and outside patio.
The other person ie the landlord will only be at the property on occasion so you will have the apartment to yourself the majority of the time. I do have a small friendly dog who will be with me if I'm there but he won't go in your room unless you invite him in yourself. I will consider small pets on application but no cats (sorry!).
If you are applying as a couple rather than as an individual the rent will not include council tax which you will both be responsible for separately.
The ideal tenant will be in a professional in full time employment or a mature student. It's not a party house. There is a neighbour who lives upstairs (via their own separate private entrance) so it's important to be mindful of that re noise levels late at night. The applicant will need to provide references.
The location of the property is in close proximity to the train station, University & city center shops. The sea front/hoe is about a 15/20min walk away. It's also close to public transport links.
The length of renting is flexible. At the moment im looking to rent the room until mid August however I will consider short and long term rental applications.
