Internal doors to double bed, built in wardrobe, new carpets, and floor to ceiling window over rear courtyard, vanity unit and sink, and separate en-suite shower and toilet room. I would consider allowing a pet that will not leave this part of the house for an additional monthly rent of up to £25 per month, provided damage is paid for and carpets are professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy.

COMMUNAL SPACES: Shared galley kitchen between 4 people with breakfast bar seating, gas hob and oven, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, plenty of cupboard space, plenty of chilled and frozen storage. SHARED BILLS: Managed at cost by the landlord with no profit taken, so costs much, much less than your own studio or flat and is dependent on house's consumption and supplier's charges. Currently £113.71 per month per person.

PARKING: On street residential parking permit in Zone J (£30 per year from PCC)

LOCAL AREA: The property is located in a quiet, leafy residential cul de sac just off North Hill, offering a calm and pleasant place to live while remaining very well connected. Mutley Plain and North Hill are only a two minute walk away, with a wide range of amenities including gyms, shops, personal care services, creative and educational spaces, and plenty of places to eat and drink. The city centre is around a seven minute walk along a well lit and well used route, making it feel safer and convenient. North Hill has excellent bus links, the train station is approximately a 15 minute walk away, and on street residents’ parking is available outside the house.
