I would consider allowing a pet that will not leave this part of the house for an additional monthly rent of up to £25 per month, provided damage is paid for and carpets are professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy.

Mutley Plain and North Hill are only a two minute walk away, with a wide range of amenities including gyms, shops, personal care services, creative and educational spaces, and plenty of places to eat and drink. The city centre is around a seven minute walk along a well lit and well used route, making it feel safer and convenient. North Hill has excellent bus links, the train station is approximately a 15 minute walk away, and on street residents’ parking is available outside the house.
