3 bedroom semi detached

Double bedroom £550 pcm.
Looking for reliable, trustworthy lodgers, that are clean and tidy and would have respect for my home.
Looking for someone to rent 6 months minimum.
I will be working away from home with work 90% of the time, so you will be living alone majority of the time. However I will be there the odd weekend, and school holiday periods with my 6 year old daughter. all my belongings will remain in the property.
Well behaved, house trained pets would be considered.
I will require a tenant agreement to be in place. I will require 1 month rent in advance and 1 months notice for moving out.
As of July 2024 I will be living in another property so will be a live out landlord and will no longer visit for holidays or weekends.
My double bedroom will then be the one that is rented out by the person who rents the smaller room.
