Price includes all bills, inc. superfast broadband with mesh system so great signal all over. I also supply toilet rolls, washing up liquid, hand soap, dishwasher tablets etc.

There is a cleaner in every other week for communal areas, bathroom, kitchen and hall/landing/stairs.

***** Please note, we are making some improvements to the property, there is currently scaffolding on the front of the property while we repair some render and repaint (outside this rooms windows), appreciate this will put some people off so adding this note in the interests of transparency.
