Double Room for a lodger / short term lets

We have a double furnished bedroom available to let for a lodger. We are open to short term lets and Monday-Friday. Happy to rent to people who are in between properties and need a place to stay for a few months only.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms and a shared kitchen and bathroom. There is also a patio space at the back with a space to keep a bicycle and enjoy the sun.

We are two professionals, working in art education and healthcare. You would be sharing the house with us and our lovely cat. We are tidy, respectful, non-smoking, quiet, clean, with a good sense of humour, and would like to let the room to someone alike.

The house is in a nice area, walking distance to town, 20min walk to the train station and about 25min walk to the sea. Freedom Fields is our local park, which has beautiful views towards the coast. Corner shop at the bottom of the road.
