Bus routes at both ends of street one towards the centre and one towards Derriford.
My furnished spare room is medium in size but very lovely, light, airy and comfortable, it has two built-in storage cupboards one a wardrobe, and currently has a desk and a small double bed.
Open plan kitchen living room, large flatscreen TV with Netflix and Prime and Virgin internet. Washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Gas central heating and double glazed.
One shared bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and sink.
Private courtyard decked garden, with a shed that contains the tumble dryer.
