Looking to out rent a room in a waterside apartmen

Hi, I'm a 19yo student looking to rent out a room in my waterside penthouse. I am clean, tidy, and friendly and would like someone who is similar. I live with my cat Atticus, he is very friendly. Other friendly cats are welcome. I am quiet and don't drink much, I enjoy going to the gym, reading, cooking, looking after animals, and playing sports. I will only be living in the flat during term time and I go home quite a lot in term time anyway. The flat is completely furnished, however, you are welcome to bring more furniture for your room If you wish.

£600 per month and we would split utilities, so far, all bills have worked out to be well under £100 each month.
Move-in would be around the 1st of July. I will not be moving in until mid-September so you will be expected to pay the bills until then.
Council tax band E (I do not pay council tax as I am a student, however, you may be expected to).

Please bear in mind, I will be in my final year of uni so I will be home working a lot and will not be too keen on having lots of guests round.
