Double room in Friendly Glenholt Shared House

Double room (furnished with 2 wardrobes) available in spacious shared house in Glenholt. The house is 3 storeys with the 2 lodger rooms situated on the top floor with a shared bathroom. Communal spaces include a kitchen, dining room, living room and large patio. There is informal street parking in a friendly neighborhood in addition to the free George Junction park and ride a 5 min walk away.

20-30min walk/16min bus to Derriford hospital
45min bus to city center
5-10min drive to edge of Dartmoor
10min cycle connection to Plym valley trail

I (29y male) am the live-in landlord and currently live with my partner, 2 friendly lodgers (24 and 23 females) with the latter moving out in July to a new place. I am a mechanical engineer and currently work hybrid from the dockyard. We are both friendly, tidy, considerate and spend most weekends out and about. I am happy for those who need to work from home to do so however this must be in your own room and not in the communal spaces.

Looking for another friendly, courteous and tidy housemate - no preference of gender, occupation or age. Unfortunately I am not considering couples at this time.

Rent is £625/pcm including broadband, council tax, energy bills and all other bills.
