I have a furnished double bedroom available to rent in my home. The room is bright and peaceful. The room has a double bed with storage underneath, a desk and a chair, a chest of drawers and a hanging rail with a large mirror. The room rental also comes with a private parking space. The house has a small garden with a table and chairs, a barbecue and a darts board. The house is in a quiet street with friendly neighbours. It is 2 minutes from the A38 and around 15 minutes drive into Plymouth city centre. The Plympton ridgeway is a 15 minute walk away and the house is close to several supermarkets.
I am a 30 year old social professional looking for somebody to share my home with. My house is clean with lots of quirky personal touches and is very homely. I work full time and have a small cat. I am looking for a full time working professional who will love the home as much as I do. I enjoy cooking and chatting and am friendly and relaxed. I like music and have a record collection at home that I like to play whilst having dinner. I am happy to share my living and kitchen area and hope to make a good friend of whoever lives with me. The room will be 450 pounds a month all bills included and will be on a rolling monthly contract. If you are someone who works from home, this will rise to 500 pound a month to cover the rise this will have on bills.
I am preferably looking for a professional female of a similar age to share with who likes cats and is social, relaxed, clean and tidy.
