Spare room in quiet house

A double room with shared bathroom, living room, kitchen & dining room. I have a calm fox red lab who comes with me to work. NO parties, loud music, boyfriends/ girlfriends staying over or friends unless pre arranged. I’m early to bed & early to rise. I like my own space & own time but easy going & friendly. Must be clean & tidy, treat the house as you would your own. Little quirks like drying the wooden kitchen surface and opening windows in a steamy bathroom. Common sense for upkeep of a Victoria terrace. Good links to town via bus, next to A38 near big Sainsburys. Will only accept the right person.
