The rear courtyard is great in the summer for having bbq's and entertaining.
The photos of the room are slightly old and I am waiting for current photos but as the current housemates are in the middle of packing it isn't possible to get them at the moment. However the photos will give you a good indication of the rooms but I would recommend a viewing
The house is situated within walking distance from the city centre (approx 15 - 20 minute walk). It is a 5 minute walk from Mouth Gould Hospital and the beautiful Freedom Fields park. It is also situated near main bus routes and has easy access to the A38.
Unrestricted on street car parking is available.
The current housemates are all young professionals who work hard whilst enjoying a respectful social lifestyle. The house has always been fortunate to attract amazing housemates who gel well together creating and promoting a strong diverse community. The new housemate would ideally be a relaxed easy going person who is LGBT+ aware / friendly. There is a real mixture of sexualities in the house so it is important the new housemate is ok with this.
Rent includes gas, electricity, water, communal tv licence, virgin business internet and council tax
Security deposit is held by the Deposit protection scheme. Further details regarding the deposit protection scheme will be supplied before any tenancy agreement is entered into.
The house is licensed by Plymouth City Council to be a House in Multiple Occupancy (HMO)
