Double room with young professionals *Central*

Housemate wanted to join a chilled and friendly bunch of young professionals. We have a big Edwardian house with high ceilings and lots of space for 3-4 people.

You’ll have a furnished double bedroom in a super central location near Freedom Field Park, walking distance from town and Mutley Plain. Lots of amenities nearby.

We have a shared kitchen / diner, spacious lounge, two bathrooms and two offices for people to work from home. We also have a big roof terrace, a garden and a garage for bike / sports equipment storage. We also have a 'wet room' for wetsuits to dry for those water sports lovers.

We have two off-road parking spaces and lots of space around for parking.

The house has all the standard facilities including washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.

We are looking for someone to join the household for a minimum of six months.

We are an outdoorsy and friendly bunch who are looking for someone sociable, friendly and happy to contribute to cleaning and maintaining the household of course! We all work full-time so it's a great house to have quiet time as well as being social.
