- Holding Fee - Equivalent to 1 week's rent
This will begin your referencing and hold the room for you for up to 7 days. The room will be taken off the market during this process. Non-refundable.
-Tenancy Deposit - Equivalent to £250 (Inc Holding Deposit)
Your deposit is held with The Deposit Protection Scheme and is refundable when your move out depending on the condition of your room and your rent being paid up to date.

* Deposits are secured in the Government's DPS scheme.

- Moorview Lets do not supply bedding, we only provide brand new mattress protectors which must be used on your bed. It is the tenant's responsibility to provide their bedding, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans.

-Moorview Lets need to make it very clear that it is not their responsibility to presume that you have a vehicle and require a parking permit when renting one of their properties in Plymouth. Therefore, please can you check with a member of our team at the viewing and/ or contact Plymouth City Council permits directly for information regarding 'Parking Zones' at your chosen property before booking your room/s.
