Double bedroom in a spacious 3 bedroom house

Spacious double room available in a 3 bedroom house.

I have a room to rent in my 3 bedroom house. My current tenant is leaving at the end of April and so looking for replacement. I am a full time working professional, clean and tidy and travel quite a bit for work.

The rent includes all bills. The room is fully furnished and includes the following:

1. Double bed
2. Wardrobe
3. Built-in cupboard
4. Bedside table
5. Desk and chair

The house has all the amenities including washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, micro-oven, electric kettle etc. The common areas include:

1. Living room (downstairs)
2. Study room (downstairs)
3. Kitchen
4. Laundry room
5. Outside porch/ patio

The on-road parking is free around the house and there are a lot of spaces. Most of the supermarkets (Lidl, Tesco and Co-op) are 5 mins walk as well as other everyday amenities. Very close to City College Plymouth, City Centre, University of Plymouth, Devonport, Dockyard and Derriford hospital is 15 mins drive or 30 mins bus ride.

There area many buses for the city centre and train station and 10 mins away. There is also a bus stop just outside the house every 30 mins on weekdays to go to city center and train station. By walking it is around 30 mins.
