Double room in quiet area in Crownhill

Hello, I have a double room to rent with plenty of storage space in the room and in the loft. The room has recently been redecorated.

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom with a front and large rear garden (see photos) There is on street parking and you can always find a space.
I work shifts and I like to go to the gym and I paint in my spare time. I prefer restaurants over going to the pub. Looking to share my home with someone who also likes to be sociable and is fun to be around.

I have an 8 month old puppy at the house so the ideal person would be someone who really likes dogs and is used to living with them

There is a bus stop to Derriford Hospital very close to the house. Buses to town are a 5 minute walk away.
