This single room is available in PL5 for a professional to move in from May 🏡

I hope to find a housemate that is tidy and friendly.

It is a shared living room (with desk space), kitchen/dining area and bathroom with bath/shower. There is small ish patio garden area with shed.

All bills, water, council tax etc are included in rent and there is broadband, a washer and dryer.

There is a large cupboard in the room with shelves to store stuff as you wish. As well as you are welcome to store things in shed, small porch cupboard or loft if needed. There is 1-2 designated parking spaces available at the property too.
