The shared area of the apartment comprises of an open-plan kitchen and lounge/dining area, a large hallway, and a bathroom containing a bath and shower.

Facilities include broadband, TV and washing machine, large fridge/freezer, plus all kitchen utilities you would expect including a coffee machine, microwave, etc.

Free parking is available just outside the main entrance, and a permit from the council is available at about £30 per year which would allow additional parking nearby.
