2 rooms available in st Jude’s

Two rooms available:
1 large double room, £650/month
1 small single room £500/month

Both are upstairs with high ceilings and lots of light. Fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, clothing storage space. The double room also has a dressing table. You will also have access to a large living room with tv, bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilet, open plan kitchen and dining room.

Kitchen has a large cooking range, air fryer and microwave. Dining room is in the conservatory which gets loads of sunlight in the afternoon/evenings. Out the back there is a small courtyard leading out to a service lane. The area of st Jude’s is very central (10 mins walk to drakes circus and Barbican) but is also a very quiet residential area. Round the corner are two lovely parks and it’s very near to Aldi, Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
Current household includes 2 professional females, aged 31/32 and our two cats, Sox and Mash.

All bills are included in the rent. On street parking is £65 a year.
