A double large en-suite room available in v. big 2 bed flat with high ceilings. The flat is in a converted mansion and is a quiet little oasis near centre of Plymouth.

Room has large dressing area and plenty of storage. Double bed, desk and chair in room- can be removed if not wanted. Room overlooks courtyard.

Access to living room and kitchen, which has all amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.

Room is available for postgrad student or professional. I work from home and so it’s best for a person to be working outside the home.

This flat is a sanctuary away from busy Plymouth. It has views of the whole of Plymouth sound. Access to the garden and courtyard.

Parking available. Bus stop right outside. Close to town (15min walk), parks (5mins) and 25min walk from royal William yard or 4 min drive! Shop and post office are close.

I am a busy professional! When I’m home I like to chill and watch docs/films. Not a massive cook but do eat! I’m friendly, thoughtful and would like a flatmate who is considerate, not noisy, clean and respects the flat and its belongings. Up for chats and socialising but not necessary!

The rent includes bills including council tax and is currently based on one person. If you wanted a short term let it’s £150-210 a week depending on how long you want it for. If you use the gas/water/electricity bills will be reviewed. Bills include a cleaner that comes fortnightly.

Initially contract will be for 3 months (or less!) and extended if we get on!
