Use of washing machine, tumble dryer, WiFi, netflix, kitchen, living room and dining room.

We have had the pleasure of two amazing, PhD, international renters in the past who we now call friends.

As a family we enjoy travel, learning new cultures but most importantly trying new food.

If you wish to smoke, there is a yard you can do that in, otherwise not in the house please.
