Quiet self contained flat in family home-Mannamead

This is a flat to the upstairs rear of our Victorian terraced house so very quiet (and has double glazing). We have lived in the house since 1999 and 3 of our children have moved out with one left who is attending uni so he will be back home in the holidays only. When I say we, my wife is a nurse and I work for Cornwall Council childrens services.

The flat has a bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower and toilet. There is a living room with kitchen area (fridge/ kettle/toaster/single hob/ microwave. The room has wifi via a Google Nest from our broadband. We also have a washing machine and tumble dryer on the landing that you are free to use. (We assume you look after your own laundry and cleaning),

Both rooms have a Fischer electric radiator with programmable remotes.

We are on the border between Mutley and Mannamead so only a couple of minutes from the shops and bus services and the train station is walkable. This is a parking permit area so you will need to get a permit if you have a car.

The last two renters were here about two years each and were young professionals but it would suit a mature student also.

I'm not sure the photos do it justice and the room sizes are actually 3m x 5m and 3m x 3.5m.

There are no other charges as we pay electric, gas, council tax etc. We are pretty flexible so if there's anything in the flat you want/don't want just ask. The video is actually by a previous occupant and a few things in the video are her personal items but all the main stuff is included.

We have a elderly cat which is why we don't accept pets as she wouldn't like it.

When I advertised previously I had a fair few replies asking if two could share and just to be clear the intention is for the flat to be used by one person.
