Freedom Fields - Quiet and Spacious

I have a good size double bedroom with an en-suite toilet to rent. The flat is very bright and consists of 2 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom with a bath and overhead electric shower. This summer, I prepared the room for Airbnb, hence the photos. We can agree on what furniture you would wish to keep, let go...

In the coming months (most of October) you will be here alone, as I am travelling. Again, I am away in December.

I'm looking for someone respectful and rather quiet. I work from home, so when I am here, I am around a lot. Then, I travel a fair bit.

I don't have a garden, but Freedom Fields Park is on my doorstep. A parking permit is necessary.

There is a garage (bike shed) if you need to use some extra storage or have a bike.

I am an independent researcher (sometimes working with the University), a dance artist, and an art curator. I will be happy with the same-minded professional or PhD student (I did it, I get it :)... I am not good with noise, so it is something to consider if you need a lot of music to get through your days...
