Freedom Fields - Quiet and Spacious

I have a good-sized double bedroom with an en-suite toilet to rent short term, May/June/July. Most of the time, you will have the whole flat for yourself as I am travelling and working away.

The flat is very bright and comprises 2 double bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom with a bath and an overhead electric shower. The spare room serves as a guest bedroom and an occasional Airbnb, hence the photos.

For short term, I can make bedding and towels available as well as well equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

I'm looking for someone respectful and rather quiet. I travel a fair bit, and I would appreciate watering my plants when I am away.

I don't have a garden, but Freedom Fields Park is on my doorstep. A parking permit is necessary, but the free parking is on the other side of the park.

There is a garage (bike shed) if you need extra storage or have a bike.

I am an independent researcher (sometimes working with the University), a dance artist, and an art curator. I will be happy with the same-minded professional or PhD student (I did it, I get it :)... I am not good with noise, so it is something to consider...
