The house has two modern bathrooms and a modern kitchen. It is in Honicknowle, just 3 miles to the north of the City Centre. Convenient for Derriford Hospital, A38 trunk road, with a good bus service to Derriford Hospital, Plymouth University and the Dockyard.
We seek an easy going, clean, quiet, friendly and tidy person.
We are a mature couple who are similarly easy to get along with.
The bedroom is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawer unit as well as a large flatscreen Samsung TV. The digital Freeview reception is very good.
There is shared use of the bathroom with good shower, modern kitchen and dining room as well as the garden. Broadband is included.
Kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble dryer. Tumble Dryer use will be chargeable.
Parking is available on the street outside the house. The room is available from mid November 2024, but earlier viewing is possible.
