Hi, My name is Tom and I have a spare room within an end terraced Victorian property. There are four of us currently living here but a short term International student let ending soon.

The house has double glazing and gas central heating. There is a communal living room, large kitchen with dining area, bathroom, downstairs WC and a courtyard garden.
Rent is all inclusive of all Utilities, Council Tax, Tv License, TV package, WiFi and Netflix. We also have a cleaner come in on a weekly basis to clean all communal areas.
The living room has three fully reclining leather armchair/sofa, a 43" Smart TV with Virgin TV package and a Netflix profile just for you.
The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would expect including ample fridge/freezer space as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and dish washer. All utensils and crockery are available for your use. There is also a utility room attached to the kitchen with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The bathroom is going through a full renovation and will be completed before the move in date so the photo is of the old bathroom. We will have a brand new immaculate space.

** Please note that the current occupant of this room will be removing all art work and plants from the room. The bed, chest of drawers, Desk and shelf will remain.

On street parking available.
Strictly no pets or smoking.
Rooms preferably are for Working Professionals or Mature/PHD students.
