There is 1 spacious and light double bedroom available in a newly renovated, sunny, terraced 3 bed Victorian townhouse. It’s a 15-minute walk into town and to university.
All bills are included in rent.
The room is available 01st September 2025-30th August 2026.
The house is set near to Victoria Park with views to Mount Edgcumbe from the front rooms. There is free on-street parking, a storage room and a lovely little courtyard. Available to students on a 12 month let. I want to create a safe and friendly environment for people that are looking for housing in Plymouth as, I have found myself, this is hard to find.
The tenants for next year are 2 wonderful healthcare students at the university who are clean, sociable and respectful. One of whom has already been a tenant for 1 year and has chosen to extend their stay for an additional year.
