Hi, September 2025 bookings only! There are 3 double bedrooms available in a newly renovated, sunny, terraced Victorian townhouse. It’s a 15-minute walk into town and to university.
Bills are included in rent. The house is council tax band A - but students are not eligible to pay this. These can be set up via a bill splitting service.
The rooms are available September 2025 - on 12 month assured shorthold tenancies. This is a non-negotiable timescale. Rent is payable in termly payments (4-monthly) and a guarantor is required for students.
The south-facing house is set next to Victoria Park with views to Mount Edgcumbe from the front rooms. There is free on-street parking, a storage room and a cute little courtyard. Available to sensible and caring students.
I want to create a safe and friendly environment for people that are looking for housing in Plymouth as, I have found myself, this is hard to find.
I would happily rent the house out to a group of 3 people aswell as individuals.
