Double room with kingsize bed

Hello my name is claire :) I’m looking for a buddy up/ lodger , I’ve a very clean spare room to rent in a 3 bed house .

I’m a professional manager for a Spanish company , I like music , dancing , paddle boarding , travel , walking and lots of other activities . I’m very friendly and very sociable . I enjoy evenings out and about , but I also quiet nights in with a movie . I spend most of my time in Dartmouth with my partner.

I’m preferably looking for a female lodger ,

The room has a kingsize bed a wardrobe and two large sets of drawers.

The house is local Derriford Hospital and 8 minutes walking distance to Crownhill village. Where there are shops and restaurants. The city center is around 15 minutes drive . There are also several bus routes which are also very close by and there is off street parking.

Available from June 1st and there is no other lodger in the property
