Hello, 1 room has become available in a 6 bed student house, located on Allendale Road, PL4 6JA, for September 2024 onwards. The room was originally let to a student who was going to study for a Masters, but she has decided to travel for a year instead, and so the room is now available again.
The current residents are female university students. Four are staying on again and will be 3rd year students from September 2024 . A fifth female, who will be beginning a Masters course, is joining the house from September, which leaves this one remaining room.
The house is on Allendale Road - a quiet location, not too far from the Uni. All bills are included virgin 264mbps speed internet and Tv licence also included. Parking permits are available from the council - £45 per year. There is a separate lounge, large kitchen and two bathrooms - one has a walk in shower, the other bathroom has a bath/shower combi.
