3 Bedroom apartment, very close to PLymouth Uni

Looking for a replacement for my 50 week contract for room 1. All 3 rooms are currently available so even 3 friends can look into booking together.
This apartment is very close to Plymouth University, just a few minutes walk away. The accommodation has a utility room which includes a washing machine and dryer so would save a lot of money on laundry. The sofa in the living area is new (not in the photos attached) and there is also a dishwasher in the kitchen!
