Room 1 is furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedside table, built-in shelved cupboard & hanging rail..

Room 2 is furnished with a king bed, Simba mattress, triple wardobe, built-in shelves & bedside tables.

Reasonable furniture requests considered.


All bills included (WiFi, energy, water & council tax).


Live-in Landlord:

34 year old female, full time working professional (hybrid Mon-Fri), easygoing, friendly, social & active.

2 very cuddly indoor cats in the property.
Looking for:

Female tenants, preferably 27+, working professionals/mature students only. Woild suit two friends looking yo share! Must be considerate, tidy, clean & like cats! No smokers (vaping outside fine), no pets.
Someone with similar interests/hobbies/mindset, someone happy in their own space but also happy to share space, watch movies etc.
