Sunny, south facing double room

A beautiful and sunny room in a bright and colourful home. I am currently a student at Arts University Plymouth but I am graduating this year. I am looking for a cheerful and friendly lodger who must like cats as I have three! The house is spacious and comfortable and very eclectically decorated, it's always clean, as I'm quite house proud, but occasionally a bit messy and dusty when I'm absorbed in an art project, so it wouldn't suit someone who is very fussy, or someone who is a
complete slob! I'm chatty and friendly and would like someone the same. Age, gender, sexuality, nationality, all are completely irrelevant, all that I look for is a kind heart and a good soul.
