A beautiful and sunny room in a colourful and eclectic home, 10 minute walk from St Levens Gate for Dockyard or Babcock employees, or a few minutes walk from multiple bus routes to Plymouth city centre or into Cornwall. I am an artist who works from home and is friendly and chatty. The house is cheerful, cosy and full of books and music, it can get a little untidy at times, but cleanliness is a must, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. I have three cats, so the room isn't suitable for anyone who is allergic to cats or doesn't like them. The ideal lodger would be friendly, thoughtful, reliable, communicative and clean, i. e wipe up anything they spill!

The room is available on a long term basis (six months min) at £550.00 per calender month, paid in advance with one months deposit. Please note one month notice is required from both parties.


The room is also available for Monday to Friday lets at £400.00 pcm, or for short term lets on a rolling, week by week basis at £150.00 pw.
