Description
I am preferably after a couple to help cover mortgage payments. I also have two rooms to let to two single occupants if there is no interest from a couple. A couple will cost £750 pcm in rent with a £850 deposit.
In both situations, broadband is not included. Gas and electric is not included. Contents insurance is not included.
Council tax will be included and regular cleaning will be conducted by landlord owing to house maintenance jobs taking place at the same time.
The rooms will not be furnished but do have TV sockets should you wish to put a TV in your room. The living areas are to remain empty and free of furnishings. The kicthen and two bathrooms will of course be available to use.
I am not a live in landlord but I will be in and out (with contact as to when to you). This might include the occasional overnight stay in a vacant room.
I can be flexible with let length if prior discussion takes place. Please let me know if you'd like further info.
